Thanks for visiting our site! I will continue to post pictures and updates here for everyone to see, and as a keepsake for Jake, Ty, Kylie and Carter. It is hard to believe how quickly they grow. Jake Accepted Jesus
Although it was a few weeks ago, I needed to write before I forget. This picture was from that day. Jake was at church when he made the the decision. After listening to his leader tell her testimony, Jake and one other child from his table prayed to accept Jesus into their lives. I had been talking to Jake about it for awhile, but he was never ready. When the teacher told me I started to cry, had to leave and have Matt get the details. I know it is only the beginning to a life that he will have to continue to make the choice to follow Him, but nonetheless it is a huge step in the most important wish I have for my children. Jake does not like me to ask him about it, so probably best not to mention it. He gets embarassed...kids!! He has a day to mark it, Oct 25.
