10th Anniversary

Here is our attempt at taking a picture of ourselves on our trip to Cabo San Lucas. We had such a great time. We forget how hectic it gets with the kids. It was nice to just relax. We pretty much slept and ate, with a few ventures into town, and a ride on a waverunner. We had a beautiful suite, and this pic was taken from our balcony. It is hard to believe it has already been 10 years. Can't wait to see what adventures the next 10 will bring!

Swim Lessons

Jake and Ty took swim lessons this summer at the YMCA. Jake took the class by himself, while Ty got to spend time with daddy. I guess I forgot to mention it to Jake, and he spent most of his first class sulking because he wasn't with daddy too. He got over it by next class and they both had a blast. I can't wait until they can really swim by themselves.

Beach Boys

I was lucky enough to have a GREAT nanny, while I was working full time. She took the kids out everyday, so I sent her with a camera so I could see the fun times they were having. One of their favorite places to go with her was the beach. This is from one of their visits.

Jake "My Little Photographer"

Jake has really become interested in cameras. He has even figured out how to take pics on my phone, even when I have no clue. He is growing up so fast, and his vocabulary is amazing and quite hilarious. Yesterday we were playing with Ty and he said, "What is all the commotion about?" Commotion..you have got to be kidding me. He keeps us laughing. Anyways here are some of his pics.

My Girlfriends

I love my girlfriends. We have the best time, and they always keep me laughing. We are lucky to get the "not as often as we would like" chance to have a Moms Night Out. This is at a fondue place. It was fun to have an interactive dinner...that we didn't have to scarf down!

A Break for Mommy & Daddy

Matt and I went away for the weekend to Dana Point. We stayed in a beautiful place and really enjoyed the time relaxing, doing what we wanted when we wanted, and sleeping as long as our body would let us (not as long as it used to :( ) It was great!

Polar Express

In January we drove to Arizona and visited with my sister before going to the Polar Express! The boys had such a great time. Although Matt and I with our adult goggles thought it was ok, the boys believed every minute of it. We got on the train went for a short ride, was served hot chocolate and cookies, saw Santa, sang songs, and then came back. Jake truly BELIEVES!

Legoland

Finally Daddy got to go to Legoland with me and the boys. They had a good time showing daddy all the rides.

Disneyland Again!

We took our annual trip to Disneyland for New Years Eve with Matt's family. We always have so much fun. Matt had an awful stomach flu on Saturday, so I took the kids to Disneyland while he slept in the hotel. On Sunday we swapped while I stayed at the hotel with his flu, and he took the kids. By Monday we all got to go. Either way we still had a blast and are so grateful to Matt's mom for getting all of us there each year. Have I mentioned how much we love Disneylad...it really is One of the Happiest Places on Earth.
