Jake had his 4 year physical today. They did four shots, a blood sample, and a TB test!! He was pretty upset, but was very brave. His stats were:
Height: 41 1/4" (78%)
Weight: 33 1/2 lbs (25%)
Eyes: 20/30
Hearing: Good
Blood Pressure: 101/73
Tall and skinny just like his daddy!
Thanks for visiting our site! I will continue to post pictures and updates here for everyone to see, and as a keepsake for Jake, Ty, Kylie and Carter. It is hard to believe how quickly they grow. geez, did they give him some of his kindergarten shots? Your boys are very cute and congratulations on baby #3. Do you know what you are having? I'm due in June with a girl!
